Any pros and cons to Citizen's bank as a portfolio lender? Anybody have experience with them? They've made a pretty good impression so far. Looking for a long-term relationship with a lender and hoping to find a good fit. Interested in SFRs mostly and if I convince my boss (that is, wife), possibly multifamily in the distant future and maybe even commercial.

Plumbers didn’t hook something up right to city water when they replaced my rental’s sewer pipe. Now neighbor may sue. Need good representation.

Hi Shaun!

I'm a newbie investor. I want to BRRRR with SFRs. I just moved, and I am using my former residence as my first rental, and plan on buying other properties. I have heard that once you get multiple properties, some people get a line of credit from a portfolio lender using the combined equity of all properties. Then if a property is purchased, you can transfer some of it into a mortgage.

Thanks for any help! Kirk

@Michael Ealy

Thanks! If they find a deal off MLS, how much do you pay?

Sewage spill after root ate into the main sewer line. Pipe replaced. Some leakage into crawl space - Most of it remediated, but going to check again. Still smells after a couple of months every time it rains or snows. Soil hasn’t had a stretch of dry weather for a while.

Got a dehumidifier for the crawlspace and about to install.

Has anybody tried lime treatment for the yard? If so, what’s the best way to go about it?

Thanks!

Kirk
