Like I said, we are just starting out. We figured start with some flips to start building a reserve to then phase into buy & holds/rentals. I also forgot to mention, my brother who has been in construction for 30+ years with over 10 as a superintendent has done residential new build, rehabs, as well as light commercial. So we will be open for both residential and light commercial.

He has done new home construction. He worked as a superintendent for over 10 years prior to the housing crash. Currently doing renovations.

Brand new in the real estate business. Been working in mechanical engineering for over 30 years. My brother, who is also my partner has been in the construction trade for over 30 years.
