Hello BP members,

My name is Karl and I will be relocating to San Antonio between Oct 15-Feb 16.

Currently in the military and I want to limit the cost due to relocating in 2-4 years. This is what I would like to do.

Purchase a piece of and place a manufactured home on the lot and rent it out in the future.

I've done some research but the land I'm looking for must have access to city utilities. (electric, gas, sewer, water, phone).
