Michael` Cluer I am not sure how far they go in terms of property size but they are entirely internal and hold the note. They also offer construction to perm loans which was my last experience and it was great.

First Federal Bank is wonderful! Ask for Scot Johansen on the lending side. Located in Overland Park.

Cole SimsThank you for reaching out Cole.  Do you have a local networking group that you like?  I am doing a lot of research now and would like to get my first deal done by year's end.

Hello BP members,

I am a new investor looking to get started.  My goal is buy and hold and my five year goal is 20 units.  Potentially looking to do rent to own strategy.  I loved the PodCast 185 with Bill Powers!  Building a great portfolio while helping the community would be very rewarding.  My back ground is in construction and I have a lot to learn.  Looking to get advice on where to start looking for legal assistance to draft up rental agreements.  Looking forward to immersing myself in this exciting world or real estate investing!
