Never saw this Kyle, apologies.  It took way too long, 13 grueling months while going through a divorce but kept me occupied.  I was within 2% of my budget so I got lucky there at least.

REO purchase, rehab and flip all cash. +$28k ROI

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Wanted a full rehab using all cash.

MLS listing and made a full asking price cash offer.

Profited about $28k though the rehab took a while.

Lost my contractor early so general contracted myself which was a PITA.
