Hi John, please clarify what do you mean by Boots on Ground before investing, do you mean visit the place?

Hi Simon, any recommendations on which specific zip codes in Cleveland versus Columbus? Is the state considered as a landlord friendly state?

Hi,

Looking for guidance on what cities are best for real estate investment. Our current investments have been in San Diego and got lucky with appreciation and rental rates, but we realize that we need to explore out of California for an investment to make sense.  thank you for your time.

Hi,

Looking for guidance on investing in Tampa, what's the vacancy rate, days on market? Specific zip codes that do really well? Also, what can be rented out easily, in terms of size and number of bedrooms? I am looking in to a SFR brand new construction that offers live and work usage. Thank you for your guidance.

Hi,

I am a real estate investor from California and seeking insights. I am considering to invest in a single family residence in Oklahoma City, closer to Bricktown. Can someone guide if Oklahoma would be a good choice being high on the tornado index? Additionally I read that the appreciation in Oklahoma may not be as strong. One attractive factor for me is the recent announcement of the tallest tower planned to be build by 2030 that was recently approved with no height restriction. Trying to get ahead before the area experiences appreciation due to these multi use towers. Also, the ROI seems better than California. Thank you for your time.
