Hello,

A friend of mine is looking to install fencing in her SFH in Rumford, RI. She was quoted $6,200 for 190 ft long, 6ft tall wood on metal... fair price? Or can she do better?

With that said, if you or someone you know is looking for work, can you beat that price?

@Gary Carver

Thanks Gary... I’ll be spending the next few months learning as much as I can... before committing on which direct I would like to do for my first investment.

I’ll certainly reached out with questions regarding your market!

@Jerry Lucker

Hello Jerry,

I’m looking to get into mobile homes flips. Will have $10-12k by May. Do you have any tips or suggestions that you care to share? Do you invest locally or out of your home state?

Hello everyone! My name is Kingsley, I’m a newbie and looking for the best way to get my hands dirty! I should have around $10-12K by May/April 2020. I work full time for a community bank in their commercial loans department, B.S. in finance, and bartend nights (just entered out slow season, so I’ll have more nights available).

Any advice? I listened to show 361 (mobile homes) and 331 (Detroit homes), they both seems to have lower barriers of entries, in respects to capital investment. Anyone willing to mentor/partner on a deal?

Any and all feedback would be greatly appreciated!

Happy New Year!
