@Michael King Lisa and I hosted the meetup this past Saturday. Everything went well. Most of us are newbies so not a lot of experienced feedback but it was still worth it! I definitely will not have it at Golden Corral again. I have to come up a better place. Hopefully next month I can get a guest speaker. Let me know how your meetup works out. Good luck!

A little of my story is I work nights so I do not have a chance to attend any meetups. That being said I am not sure how they are structured and what is most effective. Also we do not have any meetups that specialize in mobile homes. Should it be a free for all with everyone just networking, maybe going around the room with everyone stating name, experience, and what they need and want, or just some guest speakers? Let me hear your experience, what you think is most effective, and any pointers.

I'm thinking about buying a mobile home park in Georgia. The park only has 8 pads with a well and septic tanks. I was wondering if I could a monthly usage change to cover maintenance expenses. Thanks for any info.
