As a wholesaler my intentions would be to put property under contract then sell to end buyer

if you are not agent that do not work with wholesalers then dont bother reaching out  

Looking for Both on market MLS properties
As well as off market properties
Luxury properties
3 bedroom or larger
2 acres or more
I’m okay with acre
As long as it has large back yard space
No properties requiring major repairs
Only interested in properties that has a year built of 2010 or newer

If it’s on market property - then my criteria would be only properties that has been on the market for at least 90 to 100 days or more

The property has to leave enough room for me to make at least 20k to 40k for it to make sense for me to put under contract
