I have a Bennah Oaks investment as well. Please add me to any investigation process as I have been waiting for my deposit to be refunded for a long time.  Hoping to get this back ASAP. I will be looking for an attorney by the end of summer.

 Funny because all my investments are in OH, So I'm venturing off into new territory with this FL build.  I personally don't want to put all my eggs in 1 basket (market)...

I'm about to do a 270 day lock in @ 6.1% for a new build in FL, with a 1.25% fee of the loan amount. It's hard to see investments at this rate,  but I guess its cheaper than inflation...

@Marc Rice  it has appreciation too as I bought this investment in 2019, sold today would be around $124K (equity of $32k) but yes Columbus has better appreciation!

Hi Matthew, bought 92K @ 5.5%, mortgage, insurance, tax = -$632, management fee = -$150, gross rent +$1865, monthly gross cash flow = $1083 :)
