Thank you Gentlemen, I appreciate the response. I will look into it a bit more. What is the minimum if you know?

Hello Alex Franks , Thank you for the reply. Entrepreneurship is deeply entrenched in me. I love to start from nothing and achieve something. As I am sure everyone does. Thank for extending a helping hand. I will definitely take you up on your offer. Your idea of networking with investors as a contractor is a great idea. I have been very lucky with the landscaping business as I have grown 30%-40% 3 years straight. I will definitely network myself to investors in the future. Anyway, thanks again. Let's talk soon. Regards Ben

Does anyone have any experience with an investment vehicle like  https://fundrise.com/? Just curious if it is a big scam, or something to be considered. Maybe a good move for a novice? anyone have any thoughts?

Hello, Everyone! I Stumbled on to BP while listening to Podcasts in my car. I was immediately hooked. I love to learn, To better myself. I feel as though I am doing both by joining this forum, and listening to the BP podcasts. I recently purchased my first home last April. Real estate has always been of interest to me. For a very long time. Now that I own a home, with significant equity. I feel like I can really take that next step toward becoming an investor. Time will tell. I am extremely motivated, especially when it comes to business. I have owned to name a few, A Bar, a Social club, and now a Landscaping business, which I started with nothing and have built up to be a very good performing part of my and my families life. Real Estate is my next journey. I hope to learn and prosper with you all.

Regards

Ben
