@Todd Dobbs did you locate a part time property manager. I’m looking for someone to oversee my duplex in College Park.

I had a management company when I first bought the property. My tenants ended up going straight to me because the MC wasn’t dealing with issues in a timely fashion.

I decided to manage on my own from out of town and it’s been working for the last 4 years. I have a new tenant and I now require someone to

assist me with managing onsite.

I'm looking for recommendations for a Property Management company in Atlanta and handyman/contractor. I'm currently using Excalibur and not happy with the service. I was managing it on my own for the first two years. I feel like I was doing a better job handling it myself,  but I would prefer to have a PM taking care of it. My investment property is a duplex in College Park and I live out of state. Thank you.
