Does anyone have experience, with getting REO properties from the bank's without purchasing them and and selling them to a end buyer.

I am new to commercail real estate. ! The Big Dog game !

And i would like to know what is my best option to starting off on the right track. Or is there companies out there that will partner up with me on deals.

Your point is well taken.. I dont need motivation cause im here on bigger pockets networking and learning to master real estate investing.. But i do need guidance & information, we all need it sometime or another.. But i will use all the information i receive here and apply it towards my goals. :D

Everyone has made valid points, but i also feel that some people are great starters and others need that little push or guidance to get them started.... I am a hands on learner and a mentor would help me out alot... Like i said before finding one is the hard part..

What i mean, when i say mentor is, someone to follow around, call when i need advice about a deal or partner with when needed. Someone to teach me the ins and outs of the business... Everyone learned from someone, sometime in there business life.

Why is it so hard to find a R/E mentor ? I am a hard working, educated individual looking to learn from a professional real estate investor w/ experience. I am not allergic to hard work, but a i am allergic to being broke.. :D

Well i have been taking everyones advise on doing it myself, and i started yesterday disputing negative items on my credit report from all 3 bureaus. I read somewhere that the first thing i should do when disputing, is to make the creditors prove that the account or negative item is mine !!!!!! Anyone have any suggetions on verbage i can use to dispute the negative items.

I am just starting out in investing here in atlanta. I want to take advantage of the real estates market out here, but my credit score is hurting me. (High 500's)
I Need to find a legitmate credit repair company that can remove negative items / inquiries, to help me qualify for a loan.

If anyone knows of a such company, contact me. And can we make it affordable, one that does not want my arm, leg and unborn child.
