Hello,

Due to some unforeseen circumstances I am thinking about renting my personal home for 3-6 months. I have two families interested. I have never been a landlord and am looking for a good contract and tips/advice on renting. I would appreciate any information that you can provide. Thank you!

Thanks for posting! I am interested to know what class that you and your wife are taking. Is it through the Hoover Public Library by chance? I took a free property management online course that was very good. I'm not sure when the next meet-up will be, but I've been thinking about it now that the holidays are behind us.
