Hi Everyone!

I'm curious what words or rating/grading system do you use to grade the condition of things on your Move-In/Move-Out Condition Reports.  And how do you define the grades that you use?

For example, do you use:

• excellent, good, fair, poor
• usable/unusable, or serviceable/unserviceable
• numbered rating, such as 1-5
• lettered rating, such as A, B, C, D
• Other?

What are the pros and cons of one type of rating system vs. another?  How do you avoid a subjective grading system?  ("Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.")
