If you currently don't know what the homes on the market area your in look like on the rehab side your not going to do well .. I would begin to create a team around such as a designer and a contractor in your area .. that you can build a good strong relationship with .. That will have your interest in making and helping you get the maximum comp return on that property.. And every property going forward..
