Hello Rhonda and Carlos,

My husband and I are thinking of having a review with the Mark J Kohler firm. Looking to see what other feedback people have from their experiences. Yelp reviews do not look promising, but unsure what 11 reviews in total really mean haha.

Partial buyer gets the payments and is responsible for servicing costs.  The note is assigned to him during the partial period.

I sold a partial on a mortgage note I own.  How do I make the journal entries?  

Current UPB of note: $21,544.08

I sold 90 payments of $300.15 for $20,000.

How do I record this???
