Anyone ever see this large amount on an NCND...also your input.

"breach or threatened breach on any provisions of this agreement, the non breaching party shall have minimum adequate remedy of $10,000,000"

Hello everyone. I've seen reading this board for about 8 months and I've finally decided to post. This board has a wealth of information and a great group of people willing to help each other out.

Here's my story.

Im from Central PA. I signed up to work for a Broker doing "research" on the internet. I am a very good researcher and its something that I love to do. Six months later...still not deals closed. SHOCKER! Two other broker affiliates became note brokers and I started working with them and they have been training me. We started in January dealing with REO's, performing and non performing. Little did I realize that this is probably the toughest business to succeed at. I have dealt w/some shady people who must thrive on crushing other peoples dreams. However we have been lucky enough to find acouple LEGIT contacts but still waiting to close thanks to the fakes etc.

Also thanks to everyone on this board, whenever I see 100b I just laugh and continue on my way.
