@Michael Dorey. Hi there from just over the SC line in the Fort Mill, Rock Hill area!

I have just recently started to work on building my portfolio again. I have had a few properties in Charlotte but am working on some in York County. Unfortunately, I’ve had HORRIBLE luck with real estate agents. I’ve had problems with it taking days for them to return calls or messages, relying on me to find all the properties, contract terms not being what we had discussed, etc..... My most recent doesn’t do any weekend work which is not helpful. Does anyone have an agent familiar with the Rock Hill area that can be recommended??

I actually had them accompany me to a property a few times for my safety. They were happy to help.
