Hello everyone, I was hoping you all could help me to find a good HELOC company to go through either local in Arizona or maybe just in general if it doesn't matter where. If you all could also share anything that would be helpful to know relating to getting a HELOC. Will I need to get my house appraised? How long does it typically take ect. All advice is appreciated!

I'm willing to do any side work such as mailing envelopes, helping paint in a fix and flip, ect . If you need an assistant or some extra help on the side please reply to this post! I'm located in Tempe, Arizona . Thanks!!

Kim - Seriously awesome! You have no idea the amount of people that get on here wanting everyone to tell them how to get a mentor. You are doing exactly the thing that will help you find a great mentor. You're not looking to just take someone's knowledge, but to add value to them. In return you will learn a ton.

Keep hustling! Good things will happen!

 Tim!

Thank you! really appreciate your input!

Kim

I was just wondering if there is a current RE group that meets in Tempe, AZ. Or anyone wanting to start a group! If so I would love to start attending the Meetups or make a group and start learning! Let me know!
AMAZING! Love this story. This is getting me super excited for my journey!
Absolutely not crazy at all! Don't listen to what others say because they think the way school and the rest of the world teaches them to think. Your situation makes the most sense for YOU and that's what matters! Congrats on your first property!!

Andrew Johnson Thanks for the feedback totally agree with you on that adage as well. Kiyosaki would say the same!!! Time to get back to the drawing board.
