I am trying to familiarize myself with STR/Airbnb ordinances in Los Angeles. From my understanding you can only airbnb for 120 days. Does anyone have more info on how to get around this? I do know there is extended-home sharing permit but not share how easily gets approved. If anyone has experience with this please share. THANK YOU

Thank you both for this information. I'll definitely have to talk to different lenders and explore this more.

Hi BP Community,

I'm a newbie investor looking to house hack my first property (duplex). I am also trying to find a rehab loan. The lender I spoke to said they are really hard to come by these days. I'm wondering how to go about finding one because all the properties I've looked at will require some rehab it seems.

I look forward in connecting and networking with folks who live in LA county!
