Post: Direct book payments

I have a guest who would like to direct book my airbnb for a week. Would like to not go through airbnb to avoid their fees. But she wants to pay by credit card. I am new to all this and we have only had our Airbnb for a couple of months so I hate to set up and pay for something while we are just getting our feet wet. Any suggestions how I can take a credit card payment from this individual?  Thanks in advance for your help!

Thank you Anthony.  I've signed up and heading to St Louis in Feb.  I should have done my research before signing up but it all made sense to me and just started researching more about Mom's House tonight when I came across your feedback.  I'm not a traveler, currently live in Idaho heading to St Louis, so I'm investing in myself and pushing myself to grow, getting out of my comfort zone.

Lily - I just got back from attending the course last week.  I think you will really enjoy it.  Head's up that they do have a hefty priced offering during the course but so far with my experience, the information I got from the course will give me enough to go out on my own and begin.  It will take more work on my part because I didn't purchase the business in a box they offer but I think it was well worth the time and effort.  If you can afford it - sounds like the business in a box is pretty awesome but unfortunately at this time it is not in my budget.  good luck!  I hope you find it as helpful as I did.

I'm so glad I found this post with people that have attended.  I was was thinking about purchasing the at home Course.  I'm not sure that I would attend the weekend.  I'm a licensed agent and I want to work with seniors.  So how much was the "business-in-a-box"?  Someone mentioned the network plan is $30k

The business in a box is a 30k charge to become an inner circle member. With the inner circle membership, they set up your company, website, crm, and offer you leads to purchase for an additional $500 per lead which is generated through their website. With the $1k class you get the information, use of their logo, access to marketing print material for an additional charge and you can purchase the crm separately as well.

Honestly it's fairly straight forward.. It's all about networking with people that have a vested interest in getting the care facilities beds filled.. There are some teasers along the way but there is enough info provided over the weekend that if you have a little bit of experience and networking skills you could run with it.

I am interested in the course as well. Although I am wondering if there is any value in going all the way to St. Louis and spending the three days in a class?  Did you find value in the course?  I have had to deal with this multiple times as the daughter and Niece trying to sell houses that weren’t  retail ready and it’s extremely stressful, especially if your dealing with a nursing home demanding financial proof that you can pay. Based on my experience, this would have been a blessing. Just wondering if the class would offer anything my experience hadn’t already taught me?  Tia for your opinion.

@Brian Woods I am looking at using batch leads for sms lead generation. Can you give an update on your experience with them?  Are you able to get through to the sellers through batch leads?  Is it as easy to use as pulling leads from them and skip tracing?  TIA

@Ashley Hightower, I’m currently using a service called BatchLeads. I’m not sure what your budget is but I believe that this system will be able provide everything and more that you are looking for. I won’t go into a long discussion about what it offers. You can google the name and find out about them. They also offer services such as skip tracing, a dialer, property list pulling, & the sms service all integrated into one system. Hope this helps.
