Can anyone suggest a couple good Title companies that are cash investor friendly that deal with several peoples money to make some deals happen ie HML, GAP FUNDERS, WHOLESALER etc.

Thank you so much, I just want to rehab some damn houses! It's not like it use to be that's for sure. So on to the next, I just won't give up... can't hit a moving target.

This is hopefully my first 2 deals, they are happening at the same time. I have received the assignment contracts both with hefty assignment fees to the tune of 28,680.00 this is a California single family rehab. This is to be electronically wired to escrow for assignment fee of 18,680.00 to a properties holding corporation and 10,000 as the wholesaler fee. Does this seem common place in the real estate investment world. Don't want to screw up my first 2 deals the second property is about the same different corporation and title company. HELP I flipped 3 houses in 2006-2008 but it was a different world. Ready to jump back in just need some feedback here.
