would say that a great thing any flipper can do is develop their own off-market seller marketing techniques. It works great for wholesalers who sell the deals to a flipper, so a flipper can reap the rewards by going the extra mile and conducting their own marketing

I know how frustrating it can be finding a GC for smaller jobs—been there myself. I even have a story that might be helpful: a friend of a friend had a client selling their home back in May and needed a kitchen reno before listing it. They were on a tight deadline and had a hard time finding someone reliable who could squeeze it in. After calling around, they found Hoover General Contractors LLC, and they pulled through! They tackled everything from replacing the countertops to updating the cabinets, all without delays. The homeowner was so impressed that they ended up recommending them to their neighbor, who needed some flooring work. From what I’ve heard, Hoover’s team is professional, patient, and genuinely good at their craft.

If Hoover’s booked, I’d also check out:

1. Bunn Remodeling, Inc. – These guys have a solid track record and have been recognized for excellence in the Huntsville area. They’re known for custom remodels and have done some amazing work turning outdated spaces into showpieces.
2. Rob Schrimsher Construction – They’ve been around for over three decades, which says a lot in this business. A client I know used them for a smaller basement project, and they were thrilled with the results. Might be worth a call if you want someone with plenty of local experience.
3. Trades By Taylor – This firm has a knack for handling a mix of small and large jobs. They do everything from minor repairs to full-scale remodels.

If you’re still looking, give Porch or Houzz a try. They’ve got detailed reviews, and you can narrow down the list based on what type of project you have in mind.
