@Rhonda blue

Hi, we aren't using any lenders in the US but we are open for this in the future.

Thank you for your input and tips. We are interested in Cleveland because of the prices and high cash flow. But Jacksonville, FL or Florida is also some of the places we have looked at. I strongly agree with you that it is difficult to do real estate investments from abroad, so is it in Sweden as well, but I hope that we can start out with a minor risky property. But our problem is that we don't know where to begin and we hope that we want get burned, because we our doing it for our children and their future.

Hi,

We are a couple from Sweden that has been investing in real estate for 8 years. We have done a few flips and a few rental. But now we want to do the same thing in the US. We would love to get started in real estate investment, rentals or another type of investment. Our main issues is that we don't have a network, we don't know where to start as a good investment that will grow fast into several new investments. We have saved up for down payments up to $ 150 000. We would love to hear from you how can we get started! Or if you know how we can get a mortgage in us as a non-resident!

Sincerely yours,

Kicki Nocoj
