I Have Real Estate Rookie (90 days to your 1st investment) by Ashley Kehr Also Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat By David Green, And A Ton Of Podcasts. Lol! I Have Excellent Credit And Equity In My Primary Residence To Get Started. I Want To Get Started With SFR Or MF In The Tampa Or Jacksonville Markets. I'm Looking To Make An Entry NOW!!
