Hi, my name is Kiara! I live in Dekalb, il near Naperville and Aurora! My fiancé and I are just getting into real estate. We would like to start wholesaling first to build capital for rehabbing and building passive income. I'm 24 and I just graduated with my B.A. About 6 months ago. I want to make real estate a vehicle for my success! We've created our motivated sellers list, but before we send our direct mailing out we have to build our cash buyers list. Not so easy. Would love to hear back from the Bigger Pocket Community with any tips and possibly mentors!

This is inspiring! I'm just getting started fresh out of college. How did you go about finding investors?
