My tenants had multiple pet cats which had left a real strong smell and  odor in the house. House has wooden floors on which i can see signs pee which has turned black over time.

I plan to sell this house after repair, real estate agents tell me that it is impossible to remove the odor.

Andy suggestions to remove the odor would be really appreciated.

I am new to real estate. Today I met a lender whole told me that he works with five different companies who are renovation experts. These companies evaluate the cost of repair, provide assessment to lender which helps in appraisal and loan approval. Later these renovation companies manage all the repairs also and the investor makes the sale.

Please advise and share your experience with such companies

I live in ballentyne, NC and lot of new builders have started new construction for building apartments. All these apartments are being leased out for rent but not being sold.

How does it affect the appreciation and demand of town houses and SFH's.
