I believe most evictions go through the court system so I would start there and if not hopefully they would be able to point you in the right direction

Just got a voicemail and started to research the property and come to find out that its in a 55+ community. Is this a road block?  Has anyone dealt with a similar situation?

 Never thought about the fluffier effect but it makes sense. Any secrets you can share to make the folding process easier?
