My partner and I are looking to do syndication for short term rentals in the Florida Area.

We have a few questions:

- How do you incorporate individual investors for different properties? We are having difficulty with this, but so far I have gotten that the best way to do it is to have an individual LLC with each investor/property

-  In your opinion, whats the best way to structure and distribute equity when the investor is putting the down payment and my partner and I were in charge of everything else with the deal?

Any other insight / advice is appreciated!

Thanks!

Hi everyone,

We are in escrow for our first 8 Unit Apartment Complex in Indianapolis. It is an investment property and put under our LLC.

I have been having a hard time finding a good priced insurance with good coverage for this specific property. After reading around in the forums, I find other people to be paying around $350-$400 / month for an 8Plex.

The best price I can find was a $10,000 deductible at 90% Replacement Value for $635/month.

I have checked with the following companies:

- Progressive

- Allstate

- State Farm

- Numerous local companies

Any suggestions as to where I can search for better priced home insurance that supports 8 units and above?

I found that a lot of companies insure 6 units and below.

Any insight is appreciated!

Thanks
