I am I guess a Newbie as I only have a few deals under my belt... but I take what I do very serious and I am in the business to attract people not run them away. With that being said I had that question floating in my head few times, before I did my first deal and when I relocated here to GA. I came to the conclusion once I actually went to sign up for classes that I was looking at money well spent before I was able to start making some... I do feel it's PROS AND CONS to having your license but when it all boils down if you're not marketing networking and finding ways that it'll be a win for all parties involved then you lost already. I will eventually get my license MAYBE but I will still wholesale until I eventually am able to invest in my own properties. I will definitely need to educate myself on the laws when it comes to being an agent and still being able to wholesale and invest though as I know it's do's and don'ts in there... BUT GREAT POST!!!
