The House has been in the family for a very long time and the use it for rental....
it rent $690-$1,490 / night and $5,000 for 2 night for wedding..

I got it under contract for 1 millions
Market value for the area is about 1.6 millions
There are no repairs needed......

You guys please, please help me out..........i feel so overly whelm....I have my first property under contract and now it almost expire and i'm having a hard time trying to find a buyer for it.....

I new at this whole real estate thing.......please help show me the way to financial and time freedom...... I pushing really hard, but seem to be back in square 1
