Thank you so much! You read my mind and then I was thinking to refinance my rental property once I get the investment property then repay my home equity loan and repeat the process!

Hi Biggerpockets folks,

I’m in the process of applying for 203k loan in CT

once the process is completed meaning rehab and appraisal. I wanted to do a home value refinance to put the money up to buy a multifamily rental. Basically I was looking to live in flip and do a home value refinance after a good appraisal and then buy an investment property.

Anyone done this before or seen it done? All responses are welcome
