I've had the properties a little over a year, I have rented them out but the rent is not enough to cover all expenses (taxes). Market to sell according to agents is approx. over a year. I have done the fix ups. Less desirable area. Numbers: purchased 71,000, market right now about 60,000. Looking for way out. Sell short? It would be really short!

Just had to evict tenant for non payment - that really hurt!! Rented for $800 payments $600 (not including taxes and insurance). Got cash at closing but that was soon ate up. Knew the person that structured the deals, but have learned never to be that trusting again.

Any thoughts.

I got dumped on. started out wrong! l live in michigan, let me say that I let someone talk me into buying some house that needed fixing that they were suppose to fix but never did. I ended up fixing them myself but in major debt because of it. need to get out, how can I turn this situation around, on the brink of filing bankrupcy...need a mentor.
