Thanks for the help @Jerry Holt much appreciated! I visited the court today. Of course no one could/(would) give me much information. It seems as though the legal news has the case files online but you need a subscription to view the information. So I scrub the information out of the case file and mail to the PE of each case?

Hello good people! My name is Kevin Flowers. I am a Private Money Broker from Southeast Michigan who has working in RE over 20 years. I've been part-time with my RE since coming home from the service and working various occupations, most recently with the City of Detroit. I'm looking to start getting probate leads to purchase homes in Wayne/Oakland/Macomb. Never done it before and don't have a clue where/how to start. I was thinking of sending letters to probate attorneys. Anyone have any experience in any of these county courts finding information?
