Post: 130 Acres to develop across the street from Live Nation's Newest Venue

My team are seeking investor partners for a property, shovel ready, in the Silicon Prairie of the Midwest (approx. 3 miles from Apple's multibillion dollar Data Center). It is directly across the street from Live Nation's newest, fully built out venue (VibeRant Music Hall). We are seeking to build a Smart City or tech friendly community but are open to any and all ideas. We currently have an LOI from the city fully backing our mixed use build.
