@Mark Nolan: thanks for the advice! I recently drove home to visit my parents in Virginia (6.5 hours each way) and listened to pod casts the whole time! I got super motivated and learned a lot.

@Josh Robbins: thanks for the advice! I think I have a source of capital right now but since he is my friend I want to make sure that our first deal isn't a complete dud. Are you looking at deals within the Albany/Troy area?

I have not I'm still trying to determine if it is possible with what little capital I have. My DTI ratio isn't that good because I'm a recent graduate. I've been talking to a few co workers about forming a LLC to start flipping houses but I would like to see if I could do it myself first. Do you have any tips for a low capital house flipper ?

Hi everyone, my name is Kevin Wong and I'm a young professional working for a biopharmaceutical company up in Albany NY. I'm completely new to real estate investing and I'm looking for a second source of income. As a recent college grad, I'm trying to start flipping houses but I have limited capital. I some experience in real estate because my parents were landlords and I helped them out growing up. I'm up to any suggestions so I can get more experience under my belt.
