Hi all, just bought my first deal in PA & have another one under contract.  What’s the best user friendly software for rental properties & the best book keeping?  Turbo Tennant, doorloop, quickbooks, etc?

What is the best way to buy in other states than which you live? In the LLC in which state you live? Set up an LLC in each state (expensive)? I am in Texas where I have my LLC's. But stepping out to other states soon. Any help would be appreciated.
