Curious if anyone has any insight as to why properties will show up on Sheriff Sale report and then are later removed as the auction date nears? Assume the current owners made good on their payments, but I've watched a particular property where this has happened a handful of times over the past 3 years. Understand the right of redemption laws are statutory - this particular property is in PA. Thanks!

@Jared Franklin quick question -  do you now what causes the properties to get moved back 1-3 months? I know there were a couple expected to be auction today that got pushed back just prior to their number being called...

Apologies in advance for the long-winded newbie question. I know there are varying opinions on if/when putting a property in an LLC makes sense, but assuming you have a preference to invest in a property obo an LLC and you don't have a long enough track record for the bank to get comfortable in providing a loan to the LLC - is it possible to refinance the property in the name of the LLC after a year of seasoning? Thanks for any input.
