I'm currently a college student working on my computer science master's degree. I also work part-time (10-20 hours a week) during school. I would love to get start investing in real estate before I graduate (1.5 more years) but I'm starting to think it would be smarter to finish school first since I won't have an abundance of free time. However, I would still like to make some progress while in school besides reading books and listening to podcasts. Does anyone have any suggestions for what I can do now that will help me significantly in the future?

I am 22 years old. I am originally from Redondo Beach, CA and am currently pursuing my Master's degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. 

I plan on starting my real estate investing journey through buy-and-hold properties ASAP and would love to learn and connect with other investors while also sharing my experiences along the way!
