Hi @Ethan G. why do you believe that is where the path of progress is heading? What is happening there? Is it a viable option for investors? If so, why?

Currently reading David Greene's book - Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat. In his book he talks about investing in the path of progress. I'd like to reach out to the Bigger Pockets Community to figure out where the path of progress is in Houston, TX. This is a question I can ask my investor agent, but I'd like to hear some opinions before forming my own!

Looking for a property management company that is willing to do rent by the room for a SFR in Katy, TX. Also, I am just looking for a recommendation for a good property management company in the future when I will need one. I want to start building my network now.

I was listening to the bigger pockets podcast: 6 Popular Strategies to Make You Money in Today's Real Estate Market. They mentioned about house hacking through Assisted Living. I am from Houston, Texas. I want to know the steps needed in order for me to house hack an Assisted Living. What are some options for Assisted Living? 

@Marcial Pimentel glad to see there is someone else trying to house hack in katy. i am actually purchasing my first house hack! I think what everyone is saying about staying below 200K is a good idea. I am looking at 5 bedroom 3 bedroom houses. I will be glad to connect with you so that we can discuss more.

@Isaac Magee thanks for sharing. The property you shared was really close to a property that I was looking at that also had a pool! Looks like you learned a lot from your mistakes! The money you lost was tuition to do it bigger and better. Keep it up!

@Stanley Ezeadi i think it is a nice area to buy in. just make sure that you are not overpaying for a property and that you get a good deal. i am purchasing my first house hack right now. 

@Zachary Wilder what websites / apps did you use to market your househack?
