Having a lot coming up to build 13 housing unit.  Buy in is 50 to 60k.  In a couple months.  I have a townhouse that I paid off.  The value is about 120k.  Also I just retired.  I need fast money on hand when I need it.

Hi BP, I'm trying to use the equity in my townhouse to get investment property when they come available. but I'm having a lot of problems get the money out and having it ready for a deal that might come my way. then refi the investment to get the money back to do it again. VERY HARD FOR ME TO GET A HELOC.

the need in Delaware is great, I just want to do it right, and have a clean and safe environment for everyone.

I got a house under contract and its handicap ready.  want to start a home for the disabled.  thinking 3 per house on a 4 bedroom home.  are their funds for that and is that a market for that?

Want to start buying low priced homes fix and giving people temporary housing.  there are a couple of organization, that is looking for this and it is funded.  found a few homes the can be brought and fixed up for 150k.  and the house can bring in over 2k per month.

My credit score is 640.  Also I have alot of inquiries on it because of false promises and trying to get me to refi...

Most are trying to get me to refi,  and they make like 13k off it and I still dont get enough money to do the job.   I'm Dover Delaware.   I can get 650 per room.  I live by the university.   I get calls all the time...

If a 50k loan investment can gross you 2600a month in income. Just from renting rooms in your basement, why is it so hard to find someone to fund the project, with those income numbers....
