Haha, Thank you Ethan.  I will keep you in mind when the time arises.  I will check out the famous John Adams as well.  Nice picture. i like the Sidney Lanier in the background.

I should mention it is in the Brunswick and Saint Simons Island Georgia vicinity.  (Gotta try and capture those keywords)

Great Interview.  Grant Cardone really makes you analyze what your goals are and how you will attain them.  He pretty much goes the opposite way of what most people think the way real estate should be.  Hope he comes back soon. Highly recommend listening to this.
