As far as my real estate goals, I would like to close on 2 deals by the end of the year and also receive my brokers license (a local college offers a month long course that I plan to take as soon as I graduate from Ohio State.)
I am not entirely sure which aspect I'd like to specialize in, I am hoping that I can walk away from Denver with a clearer picture about which direction would be the best fit. I would like to say I want to try starting as a landlord because my ultimate goal is passive income, but I am interested in the session taught by Jeff Brown at the Summit on multiple investing strategies.

Hey guys! The BP Summit is fast approaching so I figured I would introduce myself before meeting you all in person. My name is Kevin and I am still in school studying finance at Ohio State. I've been reading on the site for some time, just never jumped in. I look forward to seeing everyone soon.
