November 9th I closed on a 4/2 SFR in Whitehaven for 139k, 25% down, 3.5% mortgage rate. It appraised at 150k. Rent is $1195/mo.

It was helpful to see the work firsthand, and I chose the home to get in contract from those I saw. The whole process from rehab to leased tenant was four months. They were professional, helpful and communicative. They responded to requests immediately. What I appreciated was their updates on the process through the portal software.
