@Patrick Daniel thank you for the info! I am interested in renting out properties as I move throughout my career. I am looking to start out with an FHA loan until I have enough wealth to use more conventional loans to build my portfolio. I am definitely interested in joining the REI communities down in Pensacola and learning as much as I can early on. I will keep in touch!

I am currently in my final year at the United States Naval Academy. I plan to use my last year here to gain as much knowledge about investing in real estate, more specifically, buying and renting out properties. I plan on meeting experienced investors and looking to network and learn as much as possible through forums and podcasts. After I graduate, I should be in Pensacola, FL for a few years where I plan on starting my investments. I understand the process will be different for me since I will be moving around in the military. I am looking to see how I can make this all work. I look foward to learning from you all!
