I have been hearing a lot of the BRRRR method from brandon turner and david green on the bigger pockets podcast and i think it would be the best way for me to start i just dont know the details on it all the way through. Im not really sure what the other methods consist of but i am willing to learn whatever you would recommend.

Thanks for replying! Would you happen to have any recommendations for audiobooks i could listen to?

I became interested in real estate because i had read many stories of people explaining how they started and what they had accomplished, i know it all takes time which i have. I dont like the idea of working a 9-5 for the rest of my life i want to create a legacy and change the way my family has been.

What i am trying to accomplish is financial freedom. I want to be able to spend time with my son and give him what i never had. Mainly i am doing it for him thats my motivation.

Yes sir I currently have little experience and i have no money saved so i have started to plan out what i want to do in order to start out right. I am really not comfortable speaking out in person but i am going to give meet ups a shot because i know its good to create a network. I wish i could learn from the top agent and offer my labor for free but me and my wife just had our baby 3 months ago and i cant just stop putting food on the table. Thank you for the great advice!

Hello, i am 20 years old, i live in Fairfax, va and over the past few weeks ive been hearing the bigger pockets podcast. I want to get into the Real estate business in the next 2 years i know it takes time and there is so much for me to learn.
