Hello Bigger Pockets Members!

On the west coast we have a fantastic website called www.foreclosureradar.com.

It basically scrapes Notice of Default and Notice of Trustee Sale foreclosure information off county websites and puts it in an easy to use format for its members to access.

Does anyone know of a similar website in the rest of the US?  Particularly in Missouri or Idaho?

Thanks!

Kevin

Hello!

Thanks everyone for reaching out.

Josh LeMasters - I would love to speak with you and/or your investor colleague.

Lisa and Joanne,  same goes for you.  I would like to get a better idea of the market before we head out there.  I'm in an extremely hot sellers market where I live as well and finding bargains has become increasingly challenging.  I would love to hear how the market is affecting investors in Idaho.

Peter, thanks for sharing, I will keep you in mind for Missouri.

Thanks again,

Kevin

Hey Pat,

At this point, the only rental I have is in Missouri. Funny enough, my partner lives in Lincoln, CA and we're going to be targeting the Boise/ Nampa market. We should meet for a coffee and see if we can't be of any assistance to one another. We're going to be flying out of SAC.

Hello All!

Thank you for the warm welcome.

@Josh LeMasters I currently have one property that I've purchased in Missouri and it's in Berkeley, Missouri.  The rent is pretty good $775 and I bought for $42k and it's starting to spit out some money now, although it didn't do so well the first two years.

@Gordon Cuffe I would love to trade stories with you!  It's funny you say that about the manager because I had one who was TERRIBLE.  I've since fired him and now I work with Ultimate Realty (Jim Richmond) he's fantastic.
