Hey Christopher, I'ma Louisville that's been living in Vegas since 2018. I'm currently (finally) closing on my primary residence at the end of July (new construction). After that I'm going to be laser focused on buying as many doors as possible in the Louisville area; southern Indiana, Mnt Washington, Shepherdsville etc. I would love to find someone to work with on this lifetime endeavor of building residual income through multi-family rentals.

Just moved to Las Vegas from Louisville, Ky. I'm very familiar with the Louisville market and currently learning the Vegas market. I'm looking for my first deal. Whether its a flip or my first rental property, I'm open to considering any deals that come my way in either market.
