Hello pocket growers.

Kevin here, been studying up and researching REI strategies for some time now.

After gathering loads of info I feel the strategy that would best suit my needs to start out is the BRRR method.

Working on paying off a small amount of debt and raising the credit score.

I’m most interested in hearing creative funding for beginners, as most of the income is for expenses and debt pay down.

How do I find seller finance opportunities? How do I navigate those conversations to ensure the best deal mutually? Good sources for market research of specific areas?

LOCATION, MULTI-UNIT, LOCATION!!!

Thanks in advance for the suggestions.
